The story started with a radio that fell off a shelf. Because the radio was too heavy, it slipped and fell. After checking, I found several scratches on the exterior (it had rolled around on the floor). However, the reception and transmission were still working properly.
While using it, I noticed that the sound suddenly became very loud when I switched to FT8 mode. After investigating, I found that the problem was with the volume knob. There was a gap between the front and back of the knob, so turning it inwards would restore normal sound levels, but turning it outwards would make the sound louder. I suspected that the potentiometer had been damaged due to an impact.
I decided to replace it. I disassembled it step by step and found that the potentiometer was an ALPS JS103B. I bought a few and practiced disassembling and installing them on the breadboard, which worked well, so I proceeded with the actual operation, and everything went smoothly.
When I was reinstalling, I installed the screws incorrectly and pressed on the screen, cracking the touchscreen. After installation, the touchscreen stopped working, which is very frustrating. The only way to use the screen is with a mouse.
The repair was done carelessly, leaving me with no recourse.

The front of the 710 includes components such as the "天条" (likely a specific component name), amplifier, and speaker. Its structure is similar to that of the DX10.
The back side mainly consists of control units such as the processor.
