太多坑了。比如最大发射功率与许可功率不符这一条，现在很多车台有核准码，但功率是50瓦的就会被卡。频率上，超出拟许可频率的不行，然后浙江V又只给一半，U又砍了，找不到完全对应的有核准码的电台。

还有50MHz和28MHz的中继吗？

Regarding frequency, exceeding the permitted frequency is not allowed, and Zhejiang V only gave half, while U further reduced it. I can't find any fully approved radio stations that match these requirements.
