Introduction
WsjtxWatcher uses Wsjtx (or JTDXThe built-in UDP server function (referred to as wsjtx) allows for data interaction with wsjtx, enabling users to view real-time FT8 information within the software and perform actions such as canceling transmissions (some features may not be available in older versions of wsjtx).
The software was originally designed to provide a simple FT8 monitoring solution on the Android platform, so it does not support other complex features such as changing transmission periods or frequency bands. To perform these operations, you would need to return to the wsjtx end and operate from there, or use remote desktop access.
In fact, WsjtxWatcher is somewhat useless because the same functionality can be achieved simply by enabling remote desktop and controlling it from a mobile phone. However, when I used it to operate my FT8 station, connecting to the remote desktop caused it to freeze and become unable to decode, and viewing the connection status on a small mobile screen was also very inconvenient (except for tablets).

Instructions for use
( First, make sure that the computer running wsjtx and your phone are on the same local network, for example, connected to the same Wi-Fi.)
Click on the menu in the upper right corner to access the settings page. On the settings page, enter your call sign and Maidenhead grid coordinates, and modify other settings as needed. Please note the IP address and port number displayed on the settings page.
After returning to the main interface, click "Enable Service" in the top-right menu again.
(If you are not using software like GridTracker) Fill in the corresponding IP address and port in the jtdx/wsjtx software on your computer, as shown in the following figure:

(If you are using log software like GridTracker) You need to enable forwarding in the log software and enter the corresponding configuration.

Wait for the information to appear on the software interface!
