P51BH, op OH2BH, was the second operation from DPRK to be approved for DXCC.
Like the first operation by P5/OH2AM, this operation was a further demonstration of amateur radio to DPRK officials.P51BH was QRV for four hours on 21 april 1999, and made 263 QSOs.
