Task Requirements:
The Jinan City Amateur Radio Association was established in 1994. This association is a voluntary, locally-based, professional, and non-profit social organization formed by amateur radio enthusiasts in Jinan City. To further strengthen the association's external publicity and communication opportunities, promote positive energy, the association has decided to solicit logos from professionals.
I. Collection period:
September 5, 2024 – September 20, 2024
II. Submission Guidelines:
1. Suitable for badges, banners, jackets, uniforms, hats, souvenirs, and various printed packaging materials.
2. The logo design is clearly different from that of amateur radio associations in China.
III. Overall Requirements:
1. The artwork should have a clear and distinctive composition with clever ideas, unique creativity, a simple yet elegant design, harmonious colors, and be able to showcase the association's image while reflecting its cultural elements and amateur radio spirit. It should also possess visual impact and intuitive aesthetics.
2. The logo should include either the Chinese name "Jinan City Amateur Radio Association" or the English abbreviation "JNARA".
3. You can also add elements that represent the unique characteristics of Jinan Quancheng.
4. Design dimensions: 200mm x 200mm. The electronic version should be in JPG and PNG formats, with a resolution of 300 dpi or higher.
5. The logo can be hand-drawn or computer-generated.
6. Send the logo design as a Word document via email, including accompanying text instructions. Once selected, use the original high-resolution image.
7. Can be modeled after amateur radio associations in other provinces and cities, but must have clear distinctions to ensure originality and avoid infringing on the copyrights of others.
IV. Selection Criteria:
The association organizes relevant experts to evaluate the submitted works and solicits opinions from its members to determine the final winning works. The results of the competition will be announced and publicized on the association's website and WeChat platform, among others.

VII. Prize Setting: RMB 3000 + Certificate of Achievement
If any of the selected works require adjustments, the author should actively cooperate with the association to make the necessary changes according to their requirements, without incurring additional fees. All copyrights belong to the Jinan Amateur Radio Association, and no additional fees will be charged. The association has the right to use elements from the design logo without charge.
VIII. Explanation of Responsibilities:
1. Once a submitted work is adopted, all rights, modification rights, and usage rights belong to the association. The Jinan City Amateur Radio Association has the right to modify or partially adopt the work as needed. Winning entries must provide the original PSD file.
2. The submitted works must be created or co-created by the author, and the author should confirm the originality of their work. The association will not bear any legal responsibility arising from copyright infringement.
3. The organizing committee of the Jinnan City Amateur Radio Association reserves the final interpretation rights for this event.
