第一，能不能去打027-87235846问问呢，鄂汇办申请不是有个电话有问题咨询。第二，工信部网站搜索文件：无线电台识别码核发（国家级权限）已经写的很清楚。

我们这写个说明文件就行了。

家住湖北，今年年初准备在湖北申请一个呼号，但是无管回应的是根据最新文件初次申请A证呼号只能申请省内通信，只有在异地参加比赛或救援活动后才可以申请到省际，想合法合规异通联的前提是先违规通联，所以比较迷。想变更的话也许可以参加一下异地的业余无线电活动或者提供一下通联记录？
