询问大家广东省关于SDR的一些政策问题，高功率电台则涉及工信部的政策问题，请知道的大神帮忙回答，谢谢！ 1.自制 SDR 验机是否需要限制接收范围在业余段？ 2.政策是否允许自制 SDR 验机？ 3.如果不允许，那么界定允许和不允许的分界线是什么？使用集成电路芯片（比如在自制的电路中使用一些成品的FM调制芯片）能否通过验机？如果使用通用运算芯片（比如ARM平台的CPU）进行调制或解调，**并同时在硬件输入和软件程序上限制发射频率在业余段**，能否通过验机？

补充：通用的芯片指CPU或者FPGA等等一切可编程的，我在硬件交互上加限制，软件上锁死，这样子去验机

貌似有不少用usdx验机通过的，所以应该是固件限制就行。楼主是要开发新的SDR台子？那先预祝成功。

Additional note: When referring to "universal chips," I mean CPUs or FPGAs, and other programmable devices. I've added restrictions in the hardware interaction and locked down the software, which allows for device verification.

BloodBlade Thank you for your reply. I will inquire with the local management agencies about the specific situation later. My main interest is in using a generic hardware platform to build and operate a radio transceiver, and I want to experiment and try it out.
