I have also made further updates: the propeller blades are now made of aluminum CNC, and the components have been replaced with surface-mount components, along with reinforced top and bottom cover plates.
One advantage is that since all the blades are conductive, there's no need to weld additional wiring to connect the blades to the board.
The problem is that the pre-drilled holes for the fixed screws are not in a suitable position, so the only option was to use glue to fix them, which isn't very aesthetically pleasing. If there's an extra board, I can modify it. Haha.
Additionally, consider adding a spring at the point of contact between the blade and the central spindle to facilitate adjustment of the stroke. Turning both spindles can be somewhat inconvenient.
