I've researched this keyboard, and its principle is that different keys are connected in series with resistors of varying values. It uses the principle of voltage division to provide the radio with different voltages, which allows it to distinguish between the keys.
When no keys are pressed, the voltage is measured at 3.3V. When each key is pressed, the voltage drops by 0.2V.
