现在想要顺利完成首次申请，并申领呼号，建议只勾选 144-146MHz

业余业务是另一个吧，不知道上海怎么样的，但是江苏是业余电台和其他地面台站设置分开的，其中业余台站还分单位和个人，个人设业余台的话不需要法人和企业统一信用代码。

一网通办搜索下面这个地面无线电台（站）设置、使用许可（省级权限）业余无线电台（卫星业余无线电台除外）设置、使用许可首次申请

Thedustye QuanSheng UV-K6 can be applied for, as long as you have the approved code. It has available frequencies of VHF 144-146 MHz, and there are no issues with requesting a call sign.

Thedustye If the range is Shanghai, then your handheld radio can transmit to Kunshan and Jiangsu Qidong without any problems. However, if your license only covers 144-146 MHz, transmitting to the Kunshan repeater (which uses 430-440 MHz UHF) is still prohibited.
