Regarding the new HAM station in Xinjiang: Can it be operated from Henan, and what other questions do you have?

nasymonk

The permitted scope of use, as stated on the license, is nationwide. That's sufficient.

nasymonk

YAOQI Thank you for the reply! I received my license today, and the communication range is provincial or international. The designated location address is empty. It should be possible to transmit from a different location.

YAOQI

nasymonk Yes, it's possible to transmit from different provinces using a radio.

nasymonk Could you please tell me if it's possible to apply for a Xinjiang driving license online? I frequently work in Gansu and Henan, but neither of these provinces seems to allow obtaining inter-provincial licenses. Therefore, I would like to know if it's possible to obtain a license for Xinjiang. Thank you.

nasymonk

BG9JPH Yes! I can ship it to you for free. My shipment was either within the province or internationally (issued on August 30th), so you can refer to that.

BG4JGB

It would be better to set up a nationwide station in Henan and then launch from Xinjiang, as you have limited time in Xinjiang. If you apply for a call sign in Xinjiang, it will become more complicated to connect back to Henan later on. There's also the possibility that someone might insist on adding "B6" before your call sign.😁

BG9JPH

BG4JGB It seems that only provincial-level stations are allowed in Henan.

BD8ENX

BG4JGB It seems like the new rules are no longer needed.

nasymonk

BG4JGB Therefore, it's usually not added.
I have already set up a base in Xinjiang, and we are also a group of people involved in inter-provincial or international affairs.

BH6QHG

BG4JGB We no longer need a prefix.

BG4JGB

BG9JPH If it's only limited to within a province, then it wouldn't be worth it.

BG9JPH

BG4JGB Indeed, so I haven't even gotten my license yet, but I'm already looking for where to obtain it! Haha.

BG9JPH

nasymonk Okay, thank you. I will finish my exams at the end of the month and then see if I can apply.

BG4JGB

BD8ENX The key is that someone doesn't know, just like what happened to me when I was at 2区通联. However, the person I spoke with was actually quite helpful and just mentioned the possibility of adding B2/ If you encounter someone who isn't willing to listen or cooperate, it can be really frustrating.

BD3QID

Based on your license usage area and communication range, you can use it nationwide and across provinces/regions for international affairs without a physical address or fixed location. No registration is required, and no B6 license is needed.

BH6QHG

BG4JGB According to a new regulation issued by MIIT in March of this year, it is no longer necessary to use prefixes.

BI2RC

BH6QHG Are there any specific articles referenced? I reviewed the new regulations but couldn't find them. Perhaps I missed something.

BH9FPK

BG4JGB Brother, Xinjiang's strict measures are effective, but things are generally okay in mainland China.

BG5EGC

BI2RC The original Order No. 22 specified rules regarding launching from different locations and using specific call signs, but the new Order No. 67 did not include such provisions.
