BI1UDG-711 I plan to try out the limited DX capabilities of the A-license, originally intending to build a custom machine and antenna. However, I ran into a situation where I could use a pre-built box6 radio in my car, so I decided to start with that first, while still working on building my own antenna.
BI1UDG-711 The materials are very simple: four 1.4m pull-out antenna rods, 4 sets of M4 screws, plastic sheets cut into strips (that are relatively rigid), 4 M4 hook screw, and 4mm inner diameter compression line rings, plus one length of cable with connectors. By adjusting the length of the boom antenna and the angle between the two antennas (30°-40°), we can adjust the antenna performance. The center frequency's standing wave ratio in the 6m band should be controllable within 1.3. Currently, we are still improving it, such as adding a waterproof enclosure.

By adjusting the length of the oscillator, standing waves can be controlled to be as low as 1.2 or even lower.

BenRG It's powerful, and I was considering building one for my FT-891. However, the original text only mentions that it works well with low power, so I don't know if the main poster has tested its performance at higher power levels.
BI1UDG-711 BenRG No, because my machine is a QRP (low power) transmitter, with a maximum output of 10-12 watts. Since it doesn't have any coils or other components, its structure is simple and should be reasonably durable, but I can't test its communication performance at high power levels.
