如果没有跟对方电台在空中见过，可以跟对方交换卡片吗？如果可以，要全部用斜线划掉，还是写Eyeball，还是什么？（没有在线下见过面）大概像是想要收藏卡片的吧？

我一般写网络换卡在备注那一栏写什么渠道联系到的，其他的用斜线划掉

linlinzzo 按照QSL卡片的用途定义，QSL卡片用作通联确认使用；如果在没有QSO的情况下两人面基了也可以面对面交换eyeball QSO的QSL卡片，除去以上两种情况之外的其他情况不应向对方签发QSO卡片
不过你要真要换也不是不行，只不过不按定义来就是了，但是在这种情况下写eyeball QSO签发卡片不太好，如果是我我会签发一张全部划线的卡片
不过我真遇到过这种情况，我直接拒绝发卡了

I saw it on QRZ. Besides asking the forum administrator to add it, QRZ also allows other hams to help with adding it.

Personally, I don't really care. If someone asks me to exchange cards, I would send a QSL card to them. Sometimes, I even use the QSL card as a business card (e.g., when sending something to other ham radio operators). However, I wouldn't initiate an exchange of non-QSL cards myself...
