The uplink signal is unclear. We are using the local repeater in Wuxi, which operates on 432.350 MHz for the uplink. Is EME (Earth-based reflected communication) also used with this frequency? (Asking as a beginner)

BD4XJD Yes, EME (Earth-Moon Earth) uses reflected signals from the Moon. This typically requires high power and a high level of redundancy or error correction capabilities. Standard amateur radio equipment is usually not sufficient for this type of operation.
If it has already been approved locally, then use it first. If there are conflicts with other amateur activities, adjust them promptly.
