Application for nationwide, fixed-free service is available throughout Guangxi.
For exampleImportance:
I haveJanuary 2025When I mentioned wanting to establish nationwide, fixed testing stations, the people at the Baise monitoring station seemed completely bewildered.
This is the first time this has been approved nationally.(It's likely that this hasn't been discussed before, given that only 8 amateur radio licenses were issued in Baise City during all of August last year.)Everyone has been filling out the forms for Baise internally.
I hesitated for a moment before remembering.I should be able to directly dispatch it to all of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. However, I feel that handling it across provinces would be difficult.
Later, a few people started calling and persuading others, and I showed them the WeChat group message from "Qinzhou Exam" that said, "Nationally approved, not currently approving for foreign affairs; requires submitting materials," as well as a photo of a license issued by a youth organization in Liuzhou that was confirmed to be nationally approved. Then, they finally agreed to try it out here in Bilesi.
For cross-provincial needs, I've included my parent's ETC records for cross-provincial travel and my own railway reimbursement receipts. Traveling to Guangxi twice a month is quite frequent. I also hand-wrote a log of my friend's overseas radio station, including photos of their antenna and equipment, converted it to PDF, and uploaded it. This seems to have been accepted.
* Guangxi New Platform has updated its registration form. However, some users reported that after adding the device change license, their operating range was reduced to within the province... I don't know how the form is filled out, but anyone intending to apply should prepare all necessary materials, otherwise they will be subject to a 4x-day restriction.
