BG5UWQ
Let's discuss the issues raised by UWQ as much as possible:
The organizers do not accept donations from radio stations, nor do they rent out radios to students (but everyone can chat in the group and arrange their own rentals). Power, antennas, and tuning are unregulated.
The primary users who are allowed to rent equipment are college students. Considering the need to "keep equipment in good condition," middle school students renting equipment are unlikely to have time to write usage reports.
Organizers should make every effort to avoid being held responsible for the use of equipment.
For each rental, a fee of around 100 yuan is charged, which serves as a fund for risk mitigation. We haven't yet determined how to assess the responsibility of the renter if the equipment is damaged.
Also, in the first post, there were formatting issues, and many people didn't notice the subsequent "activity ideas" and "draft rules." Can UWQ edit it? Or should we discuss it on WeChat?
