It took about a month to obtain both the front and rear operating licenses. I searched online extensively, but couldn't find any information on the application process. Eventually, I had to go downtown and call for assistance.
The application process is as follows:
1. Log in to the Jiangxi Province One-Stop Service Platform for Smart Industries and Information Technology:http://218.64.15.185:88/gxt_www/#/index

You need to log in beforehand. We recommend using your phone number for login, which avoids registration.
4. Find the one shown in the figure.
5. After completing the above personal information,Uploading the same PDF file to eight different locations.
6. Click Submit
Application materials:
Step three: Information desk
Click on the arrow to download. All other materials are not required!!!
After downloading, you only need to keep the two files indicated by the arrows.
Open both files and fill them in.
Merge files:
Combine the application materials (2 documents) + ID front and back + operator's license front and back, into a single file, convert it to PDF format, and upload it (see step 5).
P.S.:
1. Small arrow input: Open Word, find "Insert" in the toolbar, click on the "Symbols" tab, as shown in the figure below.
- Signature creation: Write your own signature on a blank A4 sheet of paper and take a photo to insert. See the example below.
Select the image, circle two, above the text, circle three, black and white, ok.
