Is this award still active?

I don't know who the members of the organizing committee are; I couldn't find any information about them on the website!

Yuluoxk

BG6RJN
Awards established by members of a collective amateur radio station at a university, with signatures being signed in rotation by members.
(As I understand it, please correct me if I am wrong)

BG6RJN

Yuluoxk Does that mean it doesn't have a specific person in charge?

BG2EFX

BG6RJN BH1GHZ is the person issuing the certificate ~ I am number 3.
