I have always found that exchanging physical QSL cards or e-QSLs is relatively infrequent. Therefore, I would like to ask experienced amateur radio operators for their tips on how to effectively exchange a large number of physical QSL cards.
Are you using the administration office to send or receive them, or are you mailing them directly? How long does it typically take to get them through the administration office, and do they often get lost? Is mailing them more reliable?
Currently, when issuing cards, do I need to include a $2 postage stamp or an international postal coupon in the letter? Experienced users, please share your experiences. Thank you.
