西安的话目前只能线下，通过西安无线电通信学会办，从提交资料到下证大概两个月左右，证下来了可以让学会发顺丰到付给你。不过西安有个坑，通信范围全部是省内，设台地址都是你填的住址

Regarding Xi'an, the WeChat official account of the Xi'an Radio and Communication Society can only be held offline.

Currently, in Xi'an, it can only be obtained offline through the Xi'an Radio Communication Society. The process from submitting documents to receiving the certificate takes approximately two months. Once you receive the certificate, the society will arrange for delivery via SF Express to your address. However, there is a caveat in Xi'an: the communication range covers only within the province. The location where the equipment needs to be installed must be at the address you provide.
