如题，1月份已经收到了全国无固定的执照，但是最近想新买一个电台，不知道应该如何申请执照了。另外就是，如果购买外版的机器，设备铭牌上面没有国内的核准码，工信部能否审批呢。

If a machine manufactured outside has been approved, it can be set up and used normally in the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, regardless of whether the approval code is printed on the device's nameplate.
