我非常赞成CRAC的回复，既然CRAC指导业余无线电，无论我们个人是否从程序上加入，我们内心都认同CRAC，依法通联是我们的义务，热心无线电事业是我们的责任。

I remember seeing the CRAC website like the one in the image a long time ago, but it wasn't open to individual membership yet.

Why do many QSL cards have the CRAC logo?
Is there any connection or origin?
Is it now mandatory to include this logo when designing my own QSL card?

问：我的业余电台QSL卡片是否可以印制CRAC的徽标？
答：可以。
CRAC依法负责组织对业余无线电活动的工作指导，因此你的业余电台与CRAC实际上已经存在着不解之缘。你以接受CRAC的指导为荣，CRAC也会因你的认可和支持而更加兴旺，卡片印上作为全国性业余无线电民间组织的CRAC徽标，也是中国火腿认同业余无线电守则关于“对国家业余无线电协会表现忠诚、鼓励与支持”的一种体现。（2013.5.13）

问：我的业余电台QSL卡片上可以同时印上CRAC和CRSA两个徽标吗？
答：CRAC不会干预你的卡片是否印有CRSA徽标，至于是否可以印CRSA徽标的问题，可以直接咨询CRSA。
CRSA曾经为推动我国业余电台的开放曾经作出过重要的历史贡献。CRAC今后也将努力与CRSA团结合作，根据各自的指导部门的业务分工，在业余无线电和无线电运动两个既不相同、又有联系的领域发挥推动进步的合力。（2013.5.13）

I strongly support CRAC's response. Since CRAC guides amateur radio operators, regardless of whether we personally join the organization programmatically, we all share a common understanding and commitment to CRAC's principles. It is our duty, as responsible members of the amateur radio community, to uphold these principles and work towards legal and ethical communication.

The license I have was issued by them, and they had initially agreed for me to use their logo. I think it's a very good branding opportunity.
