俩选择 1.闲鱼买拆机屏幕 2.返厂自己买单块屏幕的话，你扩容都能给屏幕搞断，单独买一块屏回来你也基本上换不上，更别说那个背光也是一块FPC板子上的，挺难换的

I think the repair cost from the manufacturer is very reasonable. I don't know why your shipping costs are so high; with around 10 yuan, I can cover the return shipping. However, having the manufacturer send it to you for free is a good option. My personal recommendation is to have it repaired by the manufacturer.

2. Return to factory
If you buy a single screen yourself, you could easily damage it when trying to expand it. Also, if you buy a separate screen, it's unlikely you'll be able to replace the original one, and even replacing the backlight, which is also an FPC board, would be difficult.
