I wrote a message on the leadership's notice board, addressed to the Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee. The main point was that the Zhejiang Department of Industry and Information Technology should not apply a blanket ban on the 50-54 MHz frequency band; they should not directly refuse license applications without public explanation, and instead coordinate and allocate frequencies in accordance with the "Regulations for Amateur Radio Management."
The response was relatively quick, taking about two to three days. However, the message essentially stated that it was a non-public request and therefore no images were released. Here's a paraphrased version of the reason for the non-public status:
"Received your message and forwarded it to the relevant department through our internal channels for processing in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Thank you for your message."
Students, even during summer vacation, there's not much to do. Why not contribute something, however small?😄
