BG2ELG I've used both ICOM and Yaesu equipment, and they tend to be a bit off when adjusting. This is because you have to manually turn them while applying pressure, which creates an uneven force. The DX10 is particularly noticeable in this regard, as it allows you to adjust the tension. If you place your three fingers symmetrically on either side of the adjustment knob, the deviation becomes much less pronounced.
