2. I am a Sichuan-issued call sign, and the communication address provided is for Hubei. The certificate mailing address is in Sichuan. I have applied for nationwide operation without a fixed location. Will the organization responsible for testing be the one associated with the communication address? Is it at the city or county level?
3. How long did it take you to complete each stage, from application to inspection, and from inspection to issuance of the certificate?
