What is the purpose of having a station-internal certification and a radio license?

The current self-authentication information is stored in an independently encrypted area. The operation permit authentication process is fully automated by the program. The license authentication is completed by one person, without any third-party involvement. After verification, the photo data will be deleted from the server.
