自从我的自媒体平台（搜索BI3PIE）发布关于申请工信部短波业余台执照的有关流程视频后，大家热度不减，很多人都使用的我的全国无固定的模板，但是，一定要结合自己实际修改，现在发现有爱好者仅替换自己身份证、操作证、电台等信息，其他一律不改（包括照片和申请全国的原因说明部分），如果都这样的话，这个材料审查就会越来越严格，需要的东西会越来越多，越来越难申请！！！希望大家与人方便与己方便，不要把路堵死。
另外，如果不是刚性需求，不建议跟风申请全国执照，省内无固定能满足即可。
下面说一下关于注销的问题，事情的起因是本地大学生购买了FT-891拟进行工信部申报，弹框出现已经被他人注册。经过我协助，几经辗转联系原卖家，积极配合进行注销操作，下面把注销相关流程解释如下：
1、需要找到原机主（实际上证的机主，不一定是第几任机主，以下统称原机主）；
2、联系沟通，原机主需要答应寄回原执照，并撰写注销申请，打印后签字；
3、将原电台执照、打印签字后的注销申请，一并寄回；

回寄地址：北京市西城区西长安街13号
收件人：工信部无管局地面业务处
采用EMS方式邮寄，无收件电话

4、待工信部履行注销手续后，新任机主方可履行注册流程，具体时间未知，应该不会太慢；
提示：购买二手短波机，务必提前询问是否已经登记工信部执照，是否会注销原执照。

I think the best template is one that only deactivates a single device. Many HAMs don't sell off all their equipment; instead, they deactivate a device because it's outdated and choose to sell it used. The standard template would deactivate all radios, but this doesn't make sense. Therefore, I propose a modified template like the one below for reference and correction.

有个办法，如果机器已过保，可以自己做个标签（自己编序列号）找专业打印标签的给打印个标签重新贴上就行了，但是没过保修期就麻烦了。
