1. When asking "QTH," the question literally means "What is your location?" However, it doesn't specify whether it refers to the operator's location or the specific radio station location. It is recommended to clarify the situation, such as: "My radio station is located at A, and I am currently operating remotely from B."
2. The license registration for the radio station specifies the "station address," which is the location where the radio station operates. Therefore, the radio station and its transmitting equipment should not exceed the limits specified in the license, but the operating method (remote/local) has not been defined, and it should also not be restricted.
3. Determine the scope of radio license application based on approval authority and usage region, such as:
A. Currently, there are no nationwide regulations (no restrictions on issuing entities) that require fixed licenses; setting up stations is free within China.
B. If you already have a license from another location, but it does not allow for operation at the intended site, or if you do not have a license, you must reapply for a license at the intended site. The address should include the planned launch location.
