When communicating, you must announce your call sign and cannot use other names or codes in its place. The content of the communication should not involve politics, religion, profit, or privacy, and should not use coded language, slang, or uncivilized language. It should also not be used for entertainment, such as making fun of others or playing music. If these rules are not followed, if you do not learn about the relevant technical and legal knowledge, and if you communicate by using your own call sign instead of the legally recognized one, use vulgar language, make jokes, or play music; deliberately interfere with others' equipment; violate the rules and conventions in terms of frequency usage and etiquette; this will only put yourself in a position where everyone despises you.
