What is the table mentioned in the answer key for Class A exams?

BG5VWW

After watching videos online, I didn't see any other tables.

Another form is the "Amateur Radio Station Technical Information Application Form".

Felix Where can I download the latest version of the table?

I am from Nanjing, and I just applied for a position in Setai last month.
Visit the Jiangsu Government Website, select Nanjing City, and then navigate to the relevant department (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), where you will find blank forms.
Or, I can send you an email with more information.

Felix I've seen it, and it's the same as the one I downloaded from Guangxi. Actually, the attachment in the latest red-headed file is exactly this table. Thanks.

Previously, it was Table 17 and Table 19, but now there is only one table.
