This exam was organized by the Jinan City Amateur Radio Association.
The specific notification is as follows:
One. Examination time: Starts at 3:00 PM on June 29, 2024.
2. Check-in time: 13:00–14:30.
Three. Examination location: No. 2, Ma'anshan Road, Qixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province; South Garden Hotel (Club Hall), Jinan City, Shandong Province.
Four. Contents of registration: Submission of examination candidate's proof documents.
V. Documents that all candidates must bring:
1. Original identity document;
2. Original certificate for amateur radio operator license (Class B).
3. Proof of ownership for amateur radio stations (Class B) that have been operating for at least 18 months, as determined by the relevant regulatory agency (using license-specified transmission frequencies, including those below 30 MHz), along with original documents such as the radio station license, must be provided. In addition to providing a physical copy of the license and a screenshot photo, personnel responsible for digitizing amateur radio licenses are also required to provide an electronic version of the website query page for verification by the inspection personnel.
After presenting these documents at the registration desk, they must be brought into the examination room and placed on the side of the student's desk near the aisle for inspection by the proctor at any time.
6. Candidates must bring the necessary writing materials, including pens, pencils, erasers, and other stationery items.
7. Candidates are not allowed to bring any items into the examination hall:
Mobile phones, two-way radios, any other form of network terminal device, and radio communication tools;
Computers, e-books, calculators, cameras, video recorders, and other electronic devices and equipment;
Books, notes;
Other items and tools that could be used for cheating, such as UV flashlights, etc.
VIII. Important things to note during the exam
1. Please comply with the rules of the examination hall (see Appendix 2).
2. Candidates must comply with the instructions of the invigilators during registration, in the examination area, and when entering and exiting the examination room. They should not make excessive noise. After completing the exam, candidates should leave the examination room in an orderly manner as quickly as possible.

10. Exam fees
Candidates are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation expenses. The examination organization is not allowed to charge candidates any fees.

Appendix 2:
Regulations for assessing the operational skills of amateur radio operators (Class C)
1. The verification of operating technical competence for amateur radio stations (Class C) is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the national radio management agency, strictly, fairly, and impartially implementing all relevant regulations.
Two. Candidates must comply with the supervision of examination officials during the exam.
Three. Candidates should take their assigned seats according to the designated seat numbers, and place their identification documents, amateur radio operator certificate (Class B), proof of operating a Class B amateur radio station for more than 18 months, and original copies of their Class B amateur radio license on the side of their desk with the corresponding seat number for inspection.
IV. Candidates are prohibited from bringing mobile phones, walkie-talkies, cameras, e-readers, smartwatches, computers, and other electronic devices, as well as books and paper, into the examination hall. If accidentally brought in, candidates must immediately report to the invigilators upon entering and hand over the items for their safekeeping. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate detection and cancellation of the candidate's score for that exam. Candidates are allowed to bring writing tools such as pens, erasers, and correction fluid into the examination hall.
Five. Please have candidates clearly fill in their name, ID number, and other relevant information on the answer sheet.
6. Candidates must maintain silence within the examination hall and are prohibited from walking around, talking to each other, using secret signals or gestures, or attempting to peek at others' papers or copy answers intentionally. Any violation of these rules will result in the cancellation of their score for this exam. If any problems arise, candidates should remain seated and raise their hands for assistance from the invigilators.
Seven. After completing the exam questions, candidates should sit quietly and raise their hands, placing the answer sheet and complete exam paper on the desk. Only after the invigilator collects the answer sheets and complete exam papers can they organize their belongings, get up, and leave the room. Please take away all personal items and do not leave any trash behind.
