The Jilin Province Radio and Telecommunications Association is a non-profit, voluntary association formed by enterprises, institutions, and individuals within the province who are engaged in the operation, production, sales, use, and management of radio and telecommunications. It is legally registered as a non-profit organization with legal person status. The association was established in 2009, and its purpose is to implement national policies and regulations for radio and telecommunications, to promote communication and cooperation between the radio and telecommunications industry, to conduct academic research, to enhance domestic exchanges, to protect the interests of its members and the entire industry, and to promote the rational and effective utilization of radio frequency resources, thereby promoting the prosperity and development of radio and telecommunications in Jilin Province.
