I just got my ID, and it's likely that the BM server hasn't been updated. I can try connecting to a server in another country. I also heard that the BM servers in Korea have low latency.
If none of these options work, switch to YSF mode and find a reflector that can connect to both the YSF group and the BM conversation group. The YSF mode does not require registration.
(You also need to set a hotspot password for BM. If you haven't already, you can set it in the SalfCare options on the BM website.)
