14.180周末早上很早会有点名活动。 14.253周末早上要点名活动，21.253是10点半以后点名白天大都在14.270附近人比较多，太拥挤就会到14.260，14265,14275,14280等QSY

Could someone please compile a list of commonly used SSB frequencies?

As a beginner using FT8, I frequently operate on many frequencies. However, when it comes to SSB, I only know about 14270 and 7050.

Could a knowledgeable person provide a systematic explanation of commonly used SSB communication frequencies for each band between 6 and 160 meters?

For domestic markets, the figures are 7050, 14270, and 21400.
If you want to use DX-Com, check out the Spot band or try frequencies away from the market area (CQ DX).

14.180 There might be some notable events happening early in the morning on weekends.
14.253: Weekend morning activity - voting will take place at 10:30 AM or later. 21.253: Voting will take place after 10:30 AM.
During the day, the frequency is usually around 14.270, and it becomes crowded when it reaches 14.260, 14265, 14275, or 14280.

I used a rotary dial to transmit, and after listening for a while, I was able to figure it out myself. Alternatively, you could avoid going to the market and find a quiet frequency on your own to initiate CQ calls. If a radio with a spectrum analyzer hears your call, they will naturally respond to you.
