Yuluoxk If you're not in a hurry, you can try to send your QSL card through the hamcq card working group; it might be cheaper.
bi4iwl Thank you all for your help. I have also sent the QSL cards to Germany via regular mail, and received approximately 20 cards in return. The postage and envelope cost 6.2 + 0.3 dollars, and the weight was 65 grams.
