省内业余无线电爱好者共襄盛举，庆祝中国业余无线电“五•五节”

五月五日，春风和煦，轻拂杨柳，在这万物复苏、生机盎然的日子里，全国各地的业余无线电爱好者怀着对无线电技术的热爱和追求，齐聚空中，共同庆祝属于他们的盛大节日——业余无线电“五·五节”。
节日渊源
业余无线电“五·五节”的起源可追溯到1940年以前，在那个全民抗击日本侵略者的战争中，全国各地的业余无线电爱好者自发的组织起来，通过学习和传播无线电技术，为中国人民的抗日战争提供了有力支持。1940年5月5日，他们通过业余电台召开了第一次全国性的“空中”大会，以纪念业余无线电为抗战做出的卓越贡献，并确定每年的这一天为“中国业余无线电节”。
历史沿革
从1992年在全国范围内恢复业余无线电活动开始，业余无线电活动如雨后春笋般日新月异的发展起来，业余无线电“五·五节”也在国内重新燃起了燎原之火。每年的“五·五节”都会成为全国各地业余无线电爱好者趋之若鹜的盛会：有各类民间社团组织的，有业余无线电俱乐部开展的，也有三五人结伴户外架台通联的，还有在家中用电台独自参与呼叫和回应的……，业余无线电爱好者用不同的方式共同参与到一个属于自己的神圣节日中——业余无线电五·五节，他们用电台呼叫，缅怀老一辈业余无线电家的无私奉献；用电台回应，怀念中国人民伟大的抗日精神；用无线电通联，传承业余无线电的精神和守则。这个节日不仅是对业余无线电技术的一次盛大展示，更是业余无线电爱好者交流学习、增进友谊的重要契机。

The scale of this year's "May Fifth Festival" celebrations was unprecedented, attracting a large number of enthusiasts.
At an event organized by the Shanxi Provincial Radio and Telecommunications Association, located near the East Mountain University area in Taiyuan, amateur radio enthusiasts showcased various amateur radio equipment with different applications and focuses, conducted a practical communication exercise to celebrate "Fifth Five Day," and also provided educational sessions on the legal regulations governing amateur radio and basic knowledge of amateur radio. This combined learning and practice, integrating theory and application, offering a lively and realistic social practice experience for college students, enthusiasts, young people, and other individuals who came to observe, ranging from the anti-Japanese War to the Wenchuan earthquake, from daily life to social services.
The event showcased base stations and portable equipment for shortwave communication, as well as pre-built Yagi antennas, DIY Yagi antennas, and vehicle-mounted whip antennas. It also featured a variety of prominent banners and displays, promotional materials, demonstrating the emergency response capabilities of amateur radio in the provincial capital, while also creating an engaging atmosphere that facilitated browsing and reading, allowing on-site observers to personally experience the fun and benefits of amateur radio, as well as its contribution to social safety and stability during emergencies.
In provinces such as Datong and Jinzhong, under the active preparation of the association or related organizations, amateur radio enthusiasts organized various forms of "May Fifth Festival" celebrations. These activities included commemorative events, promotion of regulations, educational and entertaining content, scientific and popular science education, and practical communication training. At the event, amateur radio enthusiasts brought their own equipment to share experiences, exchange technical knowledge, creating a lively and harmonious atmosphere. This promoted knowledge, trained personnel, attracted new members, and enhanced vitality. Through participation, they not only learned about amateur radio technology and knowledge but also made friends with like-minded individuals, working together to contribute to the development of amateur radio.
Looking ahead, I hope that more people will join the ranks of amateur radio enthusiasts, working together to promote and apply radio technology. By collaborating and contributing our efforts, we can all help advance the development of amateur radio technology.
