I scored against Argentina today.
I got a really good one.
Same old problem with QRP 4W, but the antenna wasn't tuned properly and I was getting a 1.6 MHz signal instead of the expected frequency. Surprisingly, I could still get a signal.
In the end, the power output was negligible.
Fortunately, my Argentine colleague has a good antenna.
