简单说一下上海目前的考试及呼号申请的流程：首先是考试，上海基本每月都有一场考试，具体考试时间可以关注“上海业余无线电协会”微信公众号，虽然每月都有考试，但是报名的人很多，很快就会报满，想在上海考试的话就要留意报名时间，建议提前在智谱APP 或者CRAC 考试网站上填写报名信息。当然也可以选周边的其他地方去考，我就是上海的没抢到去苏州考的，哈哈。做题的话，A类题相对简单，考试也基本都是题库里的题，智谱APP 上就可以刷题，多刷几遍，争取考试一次通过。不过我考试时也有遇到一两个好像不在题库里的。关于执照和呼号，上海现在只发电子执照了（A 类操作证，新申请，其他的不清楚），而且全程都可以在网上搞定，不用去浦东那边了，如果你的设备有核准代码，都不用去验机的。材料的话就是身份证正反面，操作证、承诺书、含有核准代码和设备出厂编号的照片，非本市户口需要居住证，格式就是pdf或者jpeg，注意，jpg不行，只能jpeg。申请就是在一网通，执照和呼号是同时申请的，线上填两个表，提交后等审核，如果需要补资料也有短信提醒你，整个过程都有短信提醒。你也可以在“随申办”上查看进度。承诺办结时间好像是9个工作日内吧。简单流程就是这样，现在我要准备发射了，哈哈哈。

Let me briefly explain the current process for applying for an exam and call sign in Shanghai:

First, there are exams in Shanghai every month. You can check the "Shanghai Amateur Radio Association" WeChat official account for specific exam dates. Although there are exams every month, many people sign up quickly, so it's best to pay attention to the registration times if you want to take an exam in Shanghai. I recommend filling out the registration information in advance on the ZhiPu APP or CRAC exam website. Of course, you can also choose to take the exam in a nearby location. I couldn't get a spot in Shanghai, so I went to Suzhou instead.
When it comes to practicing, the A-level questions are relatively straightforward, and the exam questions are mostly from the question bank. You can practice on the ZhiPu app; just keep practicing until you pass the exam. However, I did encounter a couple of questions during my exam that didn't seem to be in the question bank.

Regarding licenses and call signs, Shanghai now only issues electronic licenses (Class A operating permits, new applications, and others – the specifics are unclear), and the entire process can be completed online. You no longer need to go to Pudong. If your equipment has a verified code, you don't need to go through inspection. The required documents include both sides of your ID card, the operating permit, a signed undertaking, a photo containing the verified code and the device's factory number, and proof of residency (if not a resident of Shanghai), in PDF or JPEG format. Note: JPEG is required, but JPG is not acceptable. The application process involves completing two forms on "One-Net," and submitting them after which you will receive a notification once they have been reviewed. You will also receive SMS reminders throughout the entire process. You can also check the progress on "随申办" (随申办). The estimated completion time for the undertaking is within 9 working days.
