感谢QSO 应该是第一次在短波中听到这个呼号，怀疑自己抄错了，以便我又确认了一次我马上去QRZ去查也没查到，微信也没有搜到，在群里问好像大家都通到了这个呼号这才觉得没抄错然后在一篇文章中提到了这个呼号，说明是有这个呼号的，我这才放心

在频率上听到过这个呼号，可惜传播不给力我QRP组别喊不过去

本次竞赛为原定策略为：开赛后多台机器同时在10米，15米，20米干活，到傍晚开干40米，凌晨干一部分80米，第二天随后逐步的高波段探索，但实际情况是：开台后本以为的10米传播好像没有到（结束以后问群里的朋友才知道10米好像歇了）所以就在15和20米上挣扎，接下来在20米与40米交接的时候小过了一把瘾，随后夜间40米和80米传播起来以后做了一把，一直做到凌晨4点，没有进账后，在暂停（相信各位友台那时候已经睡觉了），第二天在临近比赛结束的前3个小时的时候，我们才在10米提到了一部分传播，随后紧急使用2副八木呈高低搭配的使用方式突击10米，但遗憾的是窗口期还是短，10米和80米一样，都没有好的进账，本次分析：10米丢分严重，80米也一般，40米系数抓取严重失误（该抓的没有抓到），15米还行，刚开台就干到了中国西藏和中国西藏，算是开门红，20米打的还可以；另外由于op的水平差异，导致速度和系数抓取，存在一定问题。大家知道，多人操作是极其考验配合的，对于新成立的集体台更是如此，老实说我去之前，其实对地市协会的竞赛能力完全没有了解，由于本次是极其仓促准备（参照流水账），地市协会一时没有合适的op，临时赶鸭子上架的op又对比赛规则不熟悉，所以搞出了一些如：帮忙旋转天线的香肠（还没有考证）把天线朝向搞反，使用菜市场习惯作为比赛交换口语，呼号抄收较为繁琐，重复通联已交换信息的友台，等错误。

在开始前我与地市协会讨论本次的目标时，应该是提过几点目标，记得不一定全，大概回忆总结一下吧：本次目标： 1，qso数量在130个左右, 2，设备连接与天馈系统不出问题后续目标 1：提升协会的竞赛水平 2：在地市的爱好者群体里面发现和发展op，尤其是年轻操作员目前完成情况来看：本次目标 1，qso数量目标在比赛过程中是浮动的，开赛后3小时，预测在150左右，开赛后10小时，经过与协会讨论认为本次qso数量目标保底150，冲击170，开赛后22小时达到目标，同时预测最终数量为155-160左右，完赛时为155个。 2，天馈系统在竞赛过程中，只有一次因为馈线原因造成的驻波升高，同时天馈系统在比赛是我们执行随用随改方案，保证有限的天馈系统，能尽最大能力发挥作用，设备链接方面有一些瑕疵，在电台和电脑链接方面，因为我没有玩过7610和7410，导致在比赛过程中，因为电台问题，和软件发生断联，软件在多计算机模式下发挥稳定，但由于网络原因，中途电脑切换了WiFi，影响有限。后续目标： 1：协会竞赛水平毫无疑问是由一定的提升的，技术不评论，每年比赛时，单说山西的爱好者参赛数量，得益于山西省整体的大环境，不说是人头攒动，也可以说是聊胜于无，本次地市协会的参赛，无疑是对自身人员，技术，设备，策略的大练兵，在后续的活动中，肯定是有帮助作用的。 2：这个比较艰难，但我看到了一丝希望，在本次比赛中我感受到了地市爱好者和地市协会的热情，另外也发现了潜力股，我肯定会把我知道的全部倾囊相授，如果能和地市协会再次合作，相信用不了多久晋中协会的集体台框架就能丰满起来。

BD3UY, as a collective station representing the Wireless Radio Association of Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, was established relatively recently. Its equipment, personnel, and technical capabilities were not fully developed. However, the Jinzhong association, which has been operating for 9 years, had already established a strong base of local enthusiasts in its daily operations, providing the region with a certain level of amateur radio expertise.
To improve the level of amateur radio competitions in various cities within Shanxi Province, discover and cultivate amateur radio operators (hams), and ensure that the Shanxi amateur radio station has a certain degree of recognition in subsequent competitions, I chose to assist at BD3UY instead of BD3SX this time due to some issues.
Furthermore, I would like to thank the teachers who facilitated the competition beforehand (due to some issues, I couldn't use the call sign). Their efforts allowed me to learn about the situation of amateur radio enthusiasts in other cities within Shanxi Province, which was helpful for preparing for overall improvement later on.
I also want to thank the Wireless Radio Association of Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, for inviting me, providing the competition venue and assistance during the competition, as well as for their excellent logistics support throughout the event. This allowed me, a relatively unknown individual, to organize a multi-person, multi-machine (although it was m2l) competition on behalf of the association.

Here's a log of events:
On April 15, 2024, I was invited by the Jinzhou City Association to operate at a "collective station."
On April 18, 2024, I brought along my radio and antenna to visit the collective station, and gained an understanding of its current status.
On April 19, 2024, we went to the club station to install antennas, perform joint debugging of equipment and computer software, and receive a general overview of competition knowledge.

This must be the first time I've heard this call sign on shortwave, and I suspect I may have misheard it, so I verified it again.
I immediately checked on QRZ and WeChat, but I couldn't find it. When I asked in the group, it seemed like everyone had heard this call sign, which made me realize that I hadn't made a mistake.
Then, in an article, I saw that this call sign was mentioned, which confirmed that it existed, and I felt relieved.

I've heard this call sign on the radio before, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to transmit it effectively enough for my QRP group to hear.

The strategy for this competition was: to have multiple machines working simultaneously at distances of 10 meters, 15 meters, and 20 meters after the start, then work on 40 meters in the evening and a portion of 80 meters overnight. The next day would involve gradual exploration of high-wave segments.
However, the reality was that after setting up, I expected to be able to communicate on the 10-meter band, but it seemed like there was no activity (I later found out from a friend in the group that the 10-meter band had quieted down). So, I tried communicating on the 15 and 20-meter bands. Then, during the transition between the 20-meter and 40-meter bands, I experimented with using a Yagi antenna, followed by an experiment on the 40-meter and 80-meter bands at night. I continued until 4:00 AM, but didn't make any contacts. After pausing (I assume everyone else was already asleep), we were able to achieve some activity on the 10-meter band in the final 3 hours before the competition ended. We then quickly used two Yagi antennas in a high-low configuration to try and make contact on the 10-meter band, but unfortunately, the window of opportunity was short, just like with the 80-meter band, and we didn't have any success.

In this analysis: * The 10-meter event had a significant drop in score. * The 80-meter event was also generally poor. * There were serious errors in capturing the coefficients for the 40-meter event (i.e., failing to capture the necessary coefficients). * The 15-meter event was acceptable. * The initial performance in the 10-meter event, where the team achieved a good result against China Tibet and China Tibet, was promising. * The 20-meter event also performed reasonably well. Additionally, due to differences in the level of the operators, there were some issues with speed and coefficient capture.

As everyone knows, operating with multiple people requires excellent coordination, and this is especially true for newly formed club stations. To be honest, before I joined, I had absolutely no knowledge of the local association's competition capabilities. Because the preparation was extremely rushed (referring to a chaotic record-keeping process), the local association didn't have a suitable operator at the time, and the temporary operator who stepped in wasn't familiar with the rules, resulting in errors such as: using a "sausage" (unlicensed) to help rotate the antenna, reversing the antenna direction, using market language as a standard for communication, making it cumbersome to copy callsigns and repeat contacts, and misinterpreting repeated communications.

Before we started, I discussed the goals of this event with the local association. I believe we had several objectives in mind, and I recall trying to summarize them:
The objective for this time is:
1, Approximately 130 QSOs were made.
2. Device connection and transmission system are functioning correctly.
Subsequent goals
1: Improve the competition level of the association.
2: Identify and cultivate OP (operating personnel) within local enthusiast groups, particularly among younger operators.

Based on the current progress:
The objective for this time.
1. The target number of QSOs during the competition was flexible, initially predicted to be around 150 after 3 hours, and later revised to a guaranteed minimum of 150 with a potential for reaching 170 after 10 hours. After 22 hours, the target was achieved, and the final number was projected to be between 155 and 160, ultimately reaching 155 QSOs upon completion.
2. During the competition, the antenna system experienced only one instance of increased standing wave due to feed line issues. Furthermore, our implementation of a "use-as-is" approach with the limited antenna system allowed us to maximize its performance.
There were some issues with the device linking. Specifically, in the radio and computer connection aspects, due to my lack of experience with the 7610 and 7410 models, there were instances during the competition where the radio connection was interrupted, leading to a disconnection between the radio and the software. The software functioned stably in multi-computer mode, but due to network issues, the computer switched to WiFi mid-competition, which had a limited impact.

Subsequent goals:
1: The competition level of the association is undoubtedly improving. I will not comment on the technical aspects, but simply stating that the number of participants from Shanxi province has increased each year, which is due to the overall environment in Shanxi province, can be seen as a positive development, even if it's not a large-scale gathering. The participation of this local association in the competition is undoubtedly a valuable training opportunity for its members, technology, equipment, and strategies. This will certainly have a beneficial impact on subsequent activities.
2: This is quite challenging, but I saw a glimmer of hope. During this competition, I experienced the enthusiasm of local amateur radio enthusiasts and the local association. I also identified some promising individuals, and I will certainly share all my knowledge with them. If I can collaborate again with the local association, I believe that the collective station framework of the Jinzhou Association will soon become fully established.
