要写时间的话是写我寄出的日期吗

我现在只写月份了。。。

平邮就行，便宜点，不属于通联的卡片就写eyeball ，时间可以是后台申请的时间，鼠标放上去会显示

看你自己，能让对方理解含义就行我写的是EYEBALL QSO VIA HAMCQ.CN

Just use regular mail; it's cheaper. For cards that don't belong to Tonglian, write "eyeball". The time can be the application time in the background; hovering the mouse will display it.
