本来去年申请全国无固定台址，结果部里直接给我办成了固定台址。郁闷ing...... 想想可能是西藏这边不让办全国无固定吧，这次申请了省内无固定。开帖只是想问问办过省内无固定的朋友，办理是否顺利？是否还要提交类似附件4的内容？谢谢各位大佬。

去年8月份申请，10月份验机，至今没信

据说只有两种审批流程：全国无固定和其它（因为只有全国无固定需要额外的专家评审）所以省内不固定应该也一样的

Perhaps it's because organizing a nationwide event with no fixed location isn't allowed in Tibet, so this time we applied for a provincial-level event without a fixed location.
I just wanted to ask if anyone has successfully obtained a provincial ID without having any fixed local friends. If so, did the process go smoothly? And were similar documents like Attachment 4 required? Thank you all.

BG0GAA The business has no fixed physical address within the province. It applied in early August 2023, and after a phone consultation in early November, it seems to have received the license in December. No additional materials were required.
