I am a newcomer to amateur radio (ham radio), and I also work as a network security engineer. I just registered on this website.
First, I want to say that this website is excellent in all aspects: the modern and clean UI, support for various essential HAM functions, especially the ability to register without being forced to bind a phone number and the ability to unbind it at any time.
All of this strongly motivated me to participate in building this website. Of course, don't expect me to write code; after all, I haven't been a programmer for quite some time now, and my work mainly involves creating small tools for personal use. However, as a network security engineer, I can offer some suggestions and advice on website construction based on my limited knowledge in my field.
In fact, from the moment I started registering to when I posted this message, I have already identified several issues within the website, including but not limited to design flaws, business process problems, and issues related to my professional field of information security and legal compliance.
I would like to ask, for these issues that I have identified as potentially involving security and compliance concerns, which I believe should not be discussed publicly on the forum, what channels should I use to communicate and provide feedback?
Thank you for taking the time to read this lengthy passage.
