I was able to connect it to a computer, and it was an amateur radio setup. I remember being able to use a FM modulator board with it to transmit on the 29 MHz frequency.
For example, when using CW, adjusting the frequency can only be done in increments of 100 Hz, and without a dedicated CW filter, it is common to receive interference within +3 kHz.
