细看了一下，可以认为IARU信标和这个单边带话音题说的不是一个事，“不是一个考点” 这个更像是说规定频率划分7M的话音在7030以上，14M话音在14100以上这个意思，类似于隔壁FCC的 [upl-image-preview url=https://storage.hamcq.cn/2024-04-02/1712092261-594010-band-chart-image-for-arrl-web.jpg] 对应地，FCC的7M语音7125往上，14M语音在14150往上。不过我没有在现行频率划分规定上找到哪里用话音哪里用CW数据等等的说法。

这题其他答案更不合理，只有这个最合理，14.1USB也勉强能算避开了14.1，其他的选项是完全包含。

The other answers are less reasonable, but this one is the most logical. The 14.1 option also manages to avoid 14.1, while the other options completely include it.
