想增加电台信息的时候，我按变更填写了相关文件，但是被退回要求按新设立完整填写。问他们就说按工信部出的工作手册严格执行，向他们请求文件文号，先说加微信发给我，又说是涉密文件不予公开。又向工信部申请信息确认，回答说A类台设立全国的权限在省市管理机构，向他们咨询。湖北的无线电管理方甚至诱导申请人在不修改执照的情况下违法使用B照短波台功率和频率去参与类似某某DX拿个类似报名信息或者参与奖作为业绩，以此来在湖北省申请全国发射的A照。 ~~我真的是在申请全国发射的5W功率A照电台证吗？~~ 别的不说，就以现在的各地无线电协会半死不活的情况来看，10瓦省内台真有什么比赛能参加？客观事实上A照能上的电台100元都是手台，直接干死了一堆想上业余无线电的人

行政许可类的文件应该是必须公开，不公开不能作为不许可的依据

工信部的那个许可申请指南里的需求自评要求就很奇怪，我要申请跨省的执照先得有跨省使用电台的经历？ > 需求自评。包括跨省级行政区域设置、使用业余无线电台的原因、经历及计划，如跨省级行政区域设置、使用业余无线电台，参加业余比赛（含省内）等情况，并提供相关图片。

我们这里也是有新规定去年底增加了设备，轻松申请到：全国最近新增了设备提交上去了，通知我要求提交：“跨省级行政区域设置、使用业余无线电台必要性说明材料” 并给我发送了模板文件。我刚刚提交了上去，正在等批复。

1，新的文件要求确实要写附件4 2，实际上他应该跟你说了那个文件怎么写，反正跟我说了，大概写写交个差没必要为难（） 3，你不如吐槽他不让你100w按15w设B类注：实际上你去其他省合法电台客席也是可以作为经历的，省里不会卡这么严，找个朋友是吧（）注2:你干啥都从新设进就行了，表填的没问题就行。有问题直接打电话跟他沟通就行了，至少人家服务态度还行是吧
