1. The current-carrying capacity of the copper traces on the PCB still needs improvement; at a minimum, equivalent to a 2.5 square millimeter pure copper cable is required.
2. It appears that the XT60 connector is soldered to the board, and there are no other fixing methods. Prolonged plugging and unplugging may affect the reliability of the solder joints.
3. The black screw terminals should be placed below, and if connected when the power supply is on the table, they can only be accessed from above. This could interfere with the plug-in fuses, especially when the cable is too stiff. Frequent connections will affect the strength of the solder joints. I recommend placing the screw terminals above and then moving the positions of the 4 fuses downwards (of course, I later thought that these fuse settings were unnecessary).
4. It is possible to leave some ventilation holes on the circuit board to facilitate fan cooling.
5. It appears that the two screws on the right side are only for support and do not actually fix anything. Therefore, when removing the XT60 connector, you need to manually hold onto the connecting board. If you encounter someone who tries to pull out the XT60 with one hand while holding onto the power supply body, then the board will definitely snap off.
6. In fact, I feel that the plug-in fuses on the adapter board are not really necessary. Both the "求精电源" and the XT60 have a current capacity of 30A. The maximum current for most 100W shortwave radios is around 20A to 25A. It's unlikely that a single XT60 would limit the current too much, so it should be designed according to 30A. Therefore, when the current exceeds 30A, the internal safety measures of the power supply will definitely protect it. Removing the plug-in fuse won't make a difference.
