I already saw some damaged cards when sorting them.
My suggestion is to keep the card size as small as possible, ideally no larger than 15 x 10 cm. If possible, also round off the corners to avoid sharp edges, although this may not be necessary.
Additionally, in terms of card design, should a small area for writing the call sign be designed in the upper-left or upper-right corner of the card to facilitate sorting? Please refer to the style of Japanese cards (but don't copy them; the size of Japanese cards is too extreme).
