If your priority is communicating through traditional amateur radio frequencies, then follow the standard process of taking an exam and obtaining a license. Once you have a license, you have three options:
1. Use a licensed amateur radio station to communicate using its call sign.
2. Apply for a Chinese amateur radio call sign.
3. I don't want to apply for a BY call sign; I want to use my original country's call sign on the BY network. To do this, you can ask someone in Beijing how to proceed. They will have experience with this process.
