As enthusiasts engage in activities, it involves personal skill development. I believe Morse code is a very good direction. After reading various Morse code tutorials on forums, I found that most tutorials recommend first listening and then copying the code, followed by finding a relatively good application.
Personally, I found that it had a noticeable effect (I used the program once, and I was able to remember approximately 80% of the codes).
However, this app's functionality is incomplete and requires payment (which isn't available in China), so I suggest we consider implementing a similar feature within our community. This could include a training module based on the app's format, along with an internal leaderboard for training progress. Once it matures, we could also incorporate a call-copying function, similar to MR (the competition listening software), to further enhance engagement and develop talent among CW users. This would not only motivate members but also improve the community's visibility.
I don't know if what I said was unrealistic, so please consider it.
